What is the PDF Editor?
Most PDF editing jobs are small: fill in an application form, sign a letter, correct a date, black out an account number or mark something for a colleague. The PDF Editor does all of that in your browser, without uploading the document or installing software.
Click where you want to type, drag images and signatures into place, and cover text with white-out. If the PDF has fillable fields, they are listed beside the page so you can fill them in directly. When you save, your additions are written into the PDF, which opens in any reader.
How to use it
- Drop a PDF on the box, or click to choose one.
- Pick a tool: Text, Sign, Image, White-out, Highlight, Box or Draw.
- Click or drag on the page. Use Select to move, resize or delete what you added.
- Fill in any form fields listed beside the page.
- Click Save PDF to download the edited file.
Features
- Add text. Three fonts, any size and colour, bold, multiple lines; ₹ and accented letters supported.
- Sign documents. Draw your signature, or upload a photo of it and the white background is removed.
- Images and logos. Place and resize PNG or JPG images, such as a stamp or photo.

Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the existing text in a PDF?
Not directly: PDFs do not store text in a way that can be rewritten like a Word document. Cover the old text with White-out, then type the new text on top. Use the same font size and the result looks natural.
Is White-out a safe way to hide sensitive information?
It covers the text visually, but the original text is still inside the PDF and could be copied out. For real redaction of things like account numbers, save the edited PDF, then convert it with PDF to Image and back with Image to PDF, which removes the hidden text.
How do I sign a PDF?
Choose Sign, draw your signature with a mouse or finger, or upload a photo of your signature on white paper. Click Add, then drag it into place and resize it with the corner handle.
Is a drawn signature legally valid?
For many everyday documents a signature image is accepted, but some documents need a certified digital signature (such as Aadhaar eSign or a DSC). Check what the receiver requires.
Can I write in Hindi or Gujarati?
Not yet. Text supports English and accented European letters plus symbols like ₹. For Indian scripts, write the text in another app, take a screenshot and add it as an image.
Is my document uploaded?
No. Editing happens entirely in your browser and the PDF never leaves your device.
