Image to PDF

Turn JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC photos into one PDF, in the order you choose, with page size and margins.

What is the Image to PDF?

Many forms, offices and email systems want a single PDF instead of a handful of photos: scanned certificates, ID cards, receipts or notes photographed on a phone. Add your images, arrange them, choose a page size, and download one tidy PDF.

Each image becomes a page. It can fill an A4 or Letter page with neat margins, or the page can be exactly the size of the photo. The quality setting shrinks very large phone photos so the PDF stays small enough to upload.

How to use it

  1. Drop your images on the box, or click to choose them. Paste works too.
  2. Arrange them by dragging, or use the arrows. Turn any image that is sideways.
  3. Choose the page size, orientation, margins, fit and quality.
  4. Click Create PDF. The file downloads straight away.

Features

  • Many formats. JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, AVIF and SVG, plus HEIC where the browser supports it.
  • Page layout. A4, Letter, Legal, A3 or the image size; portrait, landscape or automatic; four margin sizes.
  • Fit, fill or actual size. Show the whole image, cover the page, or keep its real size.
  • Smaller files. Quality presets resize huge photos and recompress them, or keep the originals untouched.
  • Arrange and turn. Drag to reorder and turn sideways photos before making the PDF.
  • Optional password. Lock the PDF with a password in the same step.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a PDF from photos on my phone?

Open this page in your phone’s browser, tap the box and choose the photos from your gallery. Arrange them, tap Create PDF, and the PDF is saved to your downloads.

Which quality should I choose?

Medium suits most forms and email: pages stay sharp and the file is much smaller. Choose High for detailed documents you may print, and Original to keep the photos exactly as they are.

Why is my PDF large?

Phone photos are often 3–8 MB each. With Original quality they are kept as they are. Pick Medium or Low, or run the PDF through Compress PDF.

Can I open HEIC photos from an iPhone?

Safari can open HEIC photos, so they work there. Other browsers cannot read HEIC yet; on those, set your iPhone camera to “Most Compatible” or share the photos as JPG.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The PDF is made in your browser and your photos never leave your device.
