What is the Organize PDF Pages?
Scans come out in the wrong order, a contract has a blank page in the middle, or a report needs its appendix moved to the end. Organize PDF Pages shows every page as a thumbnail so you can fix all of that by dragging, then save a clean copy.
You can also duplicate pages, add blank pages (handy before printing double-sided) and turn pages that are sideways. Pages are copied without re-compressing, so quality does not change.
How to use it
- Drop a PDF on the box, or click to choose one.
- Drag thumbnails into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons under each page.
- Delete, duplicate or turn pages, and add blank pages if you need them.
- Click Save PDF. The reorganised file downloads straight away.
Features
- Drag to reorder. Move pages with the mouse, or with arrow buttons on touch screens and keyboards.
- Delete and duplicate. Remove unwanted pages or repeat a page, such as a cover sheet.
- Blank pages. Insert empty pages, sized like their neighbours, for double-sided printing.
- Turn pages. Fix sideways or upside-down pages in the same step.
- Reverse and reset. Flip the whole order in one click, or start again from the original.
- Private. Everything happens in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
How do I move a page?
Drag its thumbnail to the new position. On a phone or with a keyboard, use the left and right arrow buttons under the page.
How do I delete pages from a PDF?
Click the bin button under each page you want to remove, then click Save PDF. The original file is not changed.
Why add a blank page?
When printing double-sided, a blank page makes the next chapter or form start on a new sheet. Blank pages take the size of the page before them.
Does reordering change the quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and images are not re-compressed.
Can I combine several PDFs and then reorder them?
Yes. Join them with the PDF Merger first, then open the merged file here.
