What is the Rotate PDF?
Scanned documents and phone photos often end up sideways or upside down in a PDF. This tool shows every page as a thumbnail so you can see which ones are wrong, turn just those pages, and save a corrected copy.
Rotation is saved the way PDF readers expect, so the page contents are not re-drawn or re-compressed: text stays sharp and selectable, and the file size stays almost the same.
How to use it
